What clients are saying
My favorite part of working with Morgan was the feeling of trust I had in myself when I accomplished the 5th out of 6 or 7 goals I had set. I had this feeling of “getting the hang of it” and believing in myself. I had such momentum that I just knew I would be able to get the rest of my goals done, and then I did. That’s not really a feeling that I felt that much throughout my life before that.
I successfully prepped and landed a new, better job TWICE in one year, and was able to make everything work to move across the state to places I had never lived before. It took a lot of prepping, but we were able to find a way to do that and to DO IT AGAIN. That felt really good. I truly would recommend Morgan to anyone.
I’ve used Morgan’s services a couple times and I plan to use them again. When I was struggling on incentivizing myself to get up at a reasonable time and form a routine months ago, Morgan walked me through the internal and external blockages I had subconsciously and unintentionally placed on myself. She gave me a toolbox I can return to, and do when I’m struggling.
Morgan is an outstanding coach. She is empowering yet delicate in the way she communicates. She is nurturing and helps you push your own envelope in whatever task it may be you are struggling on. I appreciate the way Morgan can bring out concepts and ideas I have trouble voicing. I am always learning something new and growing as an individual with her guidance. I am so lucky to work with her! If you are debating it, give it a try, she is worth your time and money!
I have recommended Morgan to everyone I know. She comes prepared, but allows you to have autonomy over the sessions. She is incredibly kind, relatable, and great at sharing tools. She is well versed and passionate about her profession. This service has changed my life and I couldn’t be more grateful!
Morgan truly believes that the only person who has the answers to your problems, is you! Morgan’s coaching style empowers you to tackle the challenges of your life all while knowing you have a friend by your side. I cannot say enough about how much I have enjoyed my experience working with her!
Working with Morgan is wonderful. She is patient and a great listener, tailoring the exercises she uses and questions she asks to my specific needs. Morgan has pushed me to look deeper into myself and better align with what I value and want.
“Coaching” is defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
A life coach’s job is to help clients improve their quality of life, which usually involves identifying where you are, where you want to be, action steps to get there, and practices to overcome any barriers that come up along the way.
Life coaches are to therapists as personal trainers are to doctors.
Working with a doctor usually involves addressing more serious physical concerns than working with a personal trainer. Similarly working with a therapist usually involves addressing more serious mental concerns than would be addressed with a life coach (such as processing trauma or seeking treatment for depression).
Life coaches are like personal trainers for your mental and emotional health: while personal trainers help people optimize their physical health, coaches help people optimize their mental and emotional health through open and judgement-free dialogue.
In short, if you’re looking to improve your life by making positive changes in your life, a coach is an incredible resource to invest in.
But if you’re specifically looking for help with mental illnesses or processing past emotional trauma, you’d likely be better suited by a mental health professional such as a counselor, or a therapist.
I am a coach certified by one of the best coaches in the United States, Martha Beck, and my coaching practice aligns with the gold standard of coaching ethics (The ICF Code of Ethics). I take the quality of my coaching very seriously and am constantly improving my processes and pursuing additional education as a coach.
HOWEVER, the coaching process works best when the coach and client connect/vibe well with one another. Why? Because it is so much easier to make progress when you feel comfortable being open and honest with your coach. I always recommend meeting with a coach before deciding whether you want to work together to make sure the coach is someone that you believe you can genuinely get along with.
To find out whether I can be that person for you, schedule a consultation so we can chat!
I primarily use Google Meet and FaceTime for coaching sessions. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
If a client prefers not to be on camera, I am willing to negotiate a coaching relationship which occurs via phone, text, or email.
Self-love involves valuing, respecting, and caring about your happiness and well-being as much as you would for your loved ones. To have self-love is to treat yourself with understanding, kindness, and good will.
Cultivating your self-love is also good for others, because “filling your cup” increases your capacity to fill other cups (i.e. taking care of yourself and loving yourself increases your capacity to do the same for others).

While I have worked with clients ranging between 20 and 65 years old, the majority of my clients are in their 20’s and 30’s.
The tools I use in my coaching practice can work regardless of age, and are respectful of the range and diversity of life experiences everyone brings to the table.
For potential clients under 18: I will need to have a conversation with (and get signed permission from) a parent or guardian to work together.
