Steps to beginning our coaching relationship

Get to know each other

First, schedule a consultation. We’ll have a casual chat so we can get to know one another and you can learn more about how I can help you achieve your goals.

Answer a few questions

During our consultation, I’ll ask you some questions to get super clear on your preferences and goals. This will help me tailor our coaching relationship to meet your unique needs.

Unlock your potential

Then, if we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll get to work! I’ll be your personal hype woman, co-strategist, friend-in-your-corner, dedicating all my skills, tools, & energy to making your goals a reality!

Unlike other helping professions,

Coaching is a peer-based relationship. This means that at all times, myself and my clients are equals. So while my title may be “coach,” think of me more as a “growth partner” or “someone in your corner.” 

In every session, your priorities are my priorities. I come prepared to pivot wherever you want to go, so the experience flexes to match your life and needs.
