Steps to beginning our coaching relationship

Get to know each other

Fill out an Interest Form and Schedule a consultation to learn more about how coaching can help you achieve your goals.

Answer a few questions

During the consultation, I’ll ask you some questions to learn about you and your goals. This will help me hand select tools and strategies to help you achieve what you want.

Unlock your potential

We’ll get to work! As barriers or challenges come up, we’ll address and overcome them together. I’ll be your personal hype woman and co-strategist dedicating my skills, tools, presence, & energy to making your goals a reality!

Unlike other helping professions,

Coaching is a peer-based relationship. This means that at all times, myself and my clients are equals. So while my title may be “coach,” think of me more as a “growth partner” or a “guide.” 

In every session, your priorities are my priorities. I come prepared to pivot wherever you want to go, so the experience flexes to match your life and needs.
